SUMMARY:ZHAW FoodTech Summer School: From unmet needs in the food system to a business pitch
DESCRIPTION:In this 6-ECTS Summer School, students will take a deep dive into the world of proteins. Through visits to various players in the food system dealing with different types of proteins, students will identify the major challenges within the protein sector. Armed with these insights, students will develop and pitch a business or product idea that contributes to a more sustainable and regenerative food system.\nThe 12-day program provides practice-oriented insights and the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on a compelling business or product idea, along with a seed-stage business plan.
