Here, EELISA students will collaborate on virtual service/product development projects centered around AEC industry digitalization, presenting their innovative goals and business plans.\nThis workshop offers a unique chance to gain a global and comprehensive vision, essential for generating new business ideas that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of buildings, cities, and communities. Embrace the dual perspectives of today’s European society:\n \n– DIGITAL & EFFICIENT with PROPTECH (Industry 4.0) development taking advantage from the synergies and potential offered by digital trends.\n – SUSTAINABILITY through the perspective of responsible and sustainable investments (RSI) as a criterion of a new business philosophy for the selection of investments integrating ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria.\n \nThis activity is designed to foster the awareness and commitment of tomorrow’s European professionals, creating a creative and collaborative international environment.
