DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]\n\n\nThe overall objective of the JPSP courses is to contribute to the strengthening of the quality, relevance, and inclusiveness of higher education. This objective will be achieved through the acquisition of tools and methodologies to develop young researchers’ public speaking and teaching skills, ensuring more engaging and inclusive learning environments for students.\nAggression in the educational environment has a growing tendency. The forms of manifestation are diverse and require professional involvement from teaching staff.  \n \nMain objectives\n\nSupport, through teachers, the establishment of a safe and positive educational environment in the academic environment; \nUnderstand the concepts, causes, and contexts in which aggressive behavior manifests in the academic environment, as well as the communication and interpersonal tools necessary for effectively managing these situations; \nDevelop empathy and communication skills to foster a safe and inclusive academic environment. \nBe familiar with the regulations and legislation regarding bullying in the university setting.\nBecome aware of the complexity of the bullying phenomenon. \nUnderstand/practice basic mechanism of interventions in bullying situations, based on examples and case studies. \n\n \nLearning Outcomes  \n\nStablish the clear signals for identifying bullying in early stages  \n\n\nDevelop a suitable actions \n\n \nTarget Audience \n\nTeaching staff, and administrative staff in direct contact with students \n\n \nEnrollment conditions  \nOpen to teaching staff, and administrative staff in direct contact with students affiliated with an EEILSA institution.
