This June, you will have the opportunity to bathe in the early Madrid summer sun, as Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) will open its doors to international colleagues for the 20th edition of its International Staff Week. This year, the spotlight will be “Social and Cultural Skills for Staff in UPM European Alliances.” offering a space to reflect, learn, and connect in a relaxed but meaningful setting.\nDesigned with both academic and non-academic professionals in mind, the programme extends a warm invitation to those engaged in initiatives such as Erasmus+ and other international collaborations. Participants can expect an engaging agenda: from discovering UPM’s activities and services to connecting with departmental coordinators, visiting schools and facilities, and strengthening ties within networks such as EELISA.\nEnglish will serve as the working language throughout the week, while Madrid itself offers an immersive backdrop for experiencing Spanish language and culture firsthand.
