This opportunity offers staff members from all partner institutions a flexible and tailored experience to explore how colleagues work across the alliance.
It is a unique form of short-term professional mobility aimed at fostering cross-institutional collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual learning.
By Joining the EELISA Job Shadowing Programme, participants will be able to build their own itinerary: selecting departments, topics, and staff to meet, based on professional interests and learning goals.
Shadowing periods typically last from one day to one week.

If you are looking for a professional exchange, this is your opportunity. The EELISA Job Shadowing Programme will be open for one year, but availability will depend on the hosting institution.
Note: Most institutions recommend avoiding Mid-July to September due to summer colosures, as well as peak academic periods, such as enrolments and exam season.
