Q. At which EELISA Event have you already participated? What is your connection to innovation?

A. My connection to innovation is both strategic and hands-on. As an Associate Professor and consultant, I work at the intersection of research, emerging technologies, and real-world application. I lead and evaluate innovation projects, support startups and companies in adopting AI and digital solutions, and actively contribute to shaping innovation ecosystems—whether through policy, education, or technology transfer. My goal is to bridge the gap between ideas and impact.

A. I’ve learned that innovation is rarely a straight path—it requires resilience, collaboration, and the courage to challenge the status quo. The most impactful solutions emerge when diverse minds come together, listen to real needs, and stay committed to long-term value, not just quick wins.

Q. What do you wish for the Innovation Ecosystem of the future?

A. I wish for the Innovation Ecosystem of the future to be more inclusive, sustainable, and impact-driven—where talent from all backgrounds has access to resources, where collaboration across sectors is the norm, and where innovation is guided not just by profit, but by purpose and responsibility.
