
EELISA staff representatives meeting: Strengthening Staff Involvement and Recognition
The EELISA Staff Representatives’ Proposal is an initiative dedicated to enhancing the engagement, recognition, and professional development of administrative and support staff within the EELISA Alliance. While faculty and students are at the forefront of European University Initiatives (EUIs), the role of administrative and technical staff is equally crucial in ensuring the success and sustainability of transnational cooperation. This session aims to present a structured approach to integrating staff more effectively into EELISA’s core activities, following the European Commission’s recommendations on career sustainability in European universities.
