Learn about Digital & Analog Tools for Resilience and Autonomy with this EELISA BIP
Digital & Analog Tools for Resilience and Learning Autonomy is a blended intensive learning activity hosted by Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
The activity supports students in developing practical strategies for resilience, stress management, self-regulated learning and learning autonomy in academic contexts. Participants will explore both digital and analog tools that can help them structure learning processes, monitor stress and recovery, reflect on personal resources, and develop sustainable routines for studying and academic work.
The programme combines an asynchronous online phase with an on-site week in Erlangen. During the online phase, participants work through preparatory materials and reflective tasks. The onsite phase focuses on application, discussion, embodied practice and collaborative reflection. Sessions include interactive workshops, peer exchange, guided reflection, beginner-level yoga or mindfulness elements, and the development of an individual action plan for resilient and autonomous learning.
No prior experience with yoga, mindfulness or digital tools is required. The activity is designed for students from different disciplinary backgrounds and encourages interdisciplinary exchange. The course is particularly relevant for students interested in educational psychology, well-being, self-regulated learning, resilience, digital learning tools and academic self-leadership.
During the online phase, students are introduced to concepts and reflection tasks, while in the in-person week, participants engage in workshops, guided exercises, peer exchanges, and practical sessions that connect theory and lived experience.
