EELISA Hub & Spoke Structure

The operational framework of the EELISA Alliance revolves around a vibrant network of EELISA Local Offices, each counting with an EELISA Local Officer and an EELISA Local Communication Spot. At the heart of this collaborative ecosystem we find the EELISA Central Office which provides essential coordination services, such as the EELISA Central Communication.

EELISA’s operational framework comprises ten dedicated working groups, known as EELISA “Work Packages,” each focusing on strategically significant areas for the Alliance. These areas include sustainable mobility, stakeholder engagement, gender equality and diversity policies, the EELISA campus, and more. These groups are responsible for coordinating and advancing various EELISA Portfolio projects.
