This two-day event invites BSc, MSc, and PhD students from EELISA partner institutions to join and be part of a thriving competition that will help them develop scientific writing, deepen their knowledge of specialized topics, collaborate with experts, and even lay the groundwork for future projects.
Participants will explore a wide range of disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Natural Sciences, Economics, and Social Sciences, through engaging and interactive sessions.
The event will conclude with an award ceremony, recognizing the most outstanding papers and the most innovative research contributions. More than just a competition, this is a transformative opportunity to grow, build meaningful connections, and gain recognition in both academic and professional spheres.

How to participate?
– Register online by February 28, 2026, via EELISA Digital Campus
– After the registration period closes, registered participants will receive a dedicated form to submit a short summary of the research project (400-word abstract) between 9 and 24 March.
– Prepare a 20–60 page research report under the guidance of an experienced supervisor. The paper must be submitted between 3 and 24 April.
– Deliver a 12–15 minute presentation at the conference on 21–22 May, followed by a scientific discussion within your respective field.
– Each research report will be reviewed by two expert evaluators prior to the event. Feedback will be provided one week in advance, allowing students to refine their findings and prepare responses.
