Join the second International Erasmus Staff Week of BME
The Staff Week at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) offers a dynamic programme designed to foster exchange, learning, and collaboration among international colleagues. Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to explore key topics such as sustainable technology and management, intercultural competences, and best practices in internationalization.
The programme also provides insight into BME’s engagement within EELISA, showcasing its communities and activities, while addressing practical aspects such as Erasmus Without Paper and student recruitment strategies. In addition, participants will have the chance to discover Budapest’s rich built heritage, adding a cultural dimension to the experience.
Who can apply
The Staff Week is open to administrative and academic staff members—primarily international relations officers (IROs)—from Erasmus+ partner universities of BME who are involved in, or familiar with, international student affairs at their home institutions. Active participation throughout the week is expected from all attendees.
A minimum of 15 participants is required for the programme to take place, with a maximum capacity of 30 participants. Applications will be reviewed and selected in accordance with the BME Staff Week Selection Criteria.
