The aim of “Campus Climate Fresk” is to raise awareness and educate about climate change. To do so, the activity follows a two-stage process:

1) The Climate Fresk workshop: a playful, collaborative, and creative workshop on climate change, open to every student based in Madrid or abroad. Students will have the possibility to attend the workshop online or in-person: 16/03 from 11h to 14h (online) or from 15h to 18h (face-to-face, in Ciudad Universitaria Campus).

2) A complimentary course for students of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) who want the recognition of 1 ECTS. It consists of a face-to-face practical lesson on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and carbon footprint. Students will have the possibility to attend the course in Campus Ciudad Universitaria (28/03 and 31/03 from 10h to 13h) or in Campus Sur (29/03 and 01/04 from 10h to 13h).

This activity is coordinated by EELISA Community DISCOVERY – Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, Department of Energy Generation and Use, Faculty of Power Engineering, Universitatea Politehnica din București, Department of Power Production and Usage, Polytechnic University of Bucharest and Climate Fresk.
