Join this Seasonal School on Circular Economy and Sustainability Management
Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable business? The Circular Economy and Sustainability Management (CESM) Seasonal School is designed for curious, forward-thinking students from diverse academic backgrounds who are eager to dive into the world of efficient resource management and circular economy practices.
This dynamic program goes beyond theory, offering a hands-on exploration of how organizations can innovate and evolve across every stage of the product life cycle. From strategic decision-making to reimagining business models, CESM equips students with the tools needed to navigate—and lead—the transition toward a circular economy.
The course is structured around seven half-day training modules, each focusing on a key topic such as circular design, strategy and business models, and effective communication. To bring it all together, the school culminates in an interactive half-day laboratory, where participants put their knowledge into practice through real-world applications.
By the end of the program, students will have developed a strong foundation of practical skills and strategic insights. They’ll be prepared not only to recognize the opportunities emerging from this economic shift, but also to confidently manage the challenges and drive transformation using a circular approach.
Teaching methodologies
Students will be interactively and proactively engaged in the training process thanks to the integration of the theoretical concepts with the practical experience under the guidance of the trainers, encompassing both academics and professionals.
The use of experiential techniques and the articulation of training and laboratories will allow the participants to consolidate existing skills and increase self-awareness. The innovative teaching methods will also rely extensively on companies’ experiences in order to provide real world examples and lessons learnt. Case studies will also be included amongst the teaching tools on the purpose of encouraging the practical application of theoretical concepts, thus bridging the gap between theory and practice.
