EEDays: UPM Visit to Holcim
Corious about how the future of construction may look like? Through this activity, students from UPM0’s Faculty of Edification will have the chance to visit the facilities of HOLCIM Spain in Torres de la Alameda (Madrid), where they will be able to witness the construction of the first office in Spain built using a 3D printer.
This visit will allow students to see firsthand how 3D printing technology is applied to construction, a field that promotes new sustainable and efficient solutions in building. The activity will be coordinated by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the company AUNA ARQUITECTOS S.L., the architecture firm responsible for designing the project.
