Learn more about “Thermal networks for the energy transition” with this Seminar
Join this seminar about the development of 4th generation heating and cooling networks with lecturers from UPM, Subterra, Acciona, UPB and IREC. This activity is organised under EELISA European University and the Master Program on Energy Engineering of UPM.
With this seminar you wil be able to experience the showcase of WEDISTRICT, an EU-funded project that aims to demonstrate innovative 100% fossil free heating and cooling solutions for new and existing district heating and cooling systems. This solution will be implemented in four real-scale projects in Spain, Romania, Poland and Sweden.
It will also showcase the activities of Madrid Subterra, a private-public non profit project that works to promote the investigation and exploitation of clean and renewable energy of Madrid’s subsoil.
