Tech Diplomacy & International Cooperation

Our mission is to make EELISA a key mover of EU technoscience diplomacy and international cooperation, and build an ecosystem to enhance the role of our universities as agents of social change and technological progress in international policy action on a global level.

Willing to co-create the structure and management of the Technoscience Diplomacy & International Cooperation Community, our initial strategic plan focuses on:

1) Promoting the growth of EELISA by supporting the coordination of the international relations across alliance universities.

2) Raising internal awareness of the importance of the geopolitics of technology and international cooperation in today’s world.

3) Developing an ecosystem of research on tech diplomacy & international cooperation, embracing both public and private agents to strengthen and enhance the role of EELISA universities in national and international actions.
