Under the umbrella of EELISA Communities, a wide range of activities is organized, including workshops, challenges, seasonal schools, job offers, internships, research initiatives, and conferences. All EELISA Communities activities place a strong emphasis on impact and societal contribution, as they are mandatorily linked to one or more of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

These activities are designed to be open and inclusive, encouraging participation from all members of the EELISA Community. As they are typically organized collaboratively by two or more institutions, EELISA Communities activities are generally conducted in English to ensure broad accessibility and inclusive participation.
