What are the EELISA Communities?

They are mission-driven collaboration platforms that foster the knowledge, research, and innovation needed to tackle societal and environmental challenges in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Students, researchers, and staff from all EELISA members work together with problem owners, experts, private companies, public institutions, and grassroots organizations to explore and develop sustainable solutions from multidisciplinary perspectives.

  • They serve as MAGNETS, attracting projects and activities that already exist within EELISA members and within the territories where the challenges take place.
  • They act as INCUBATORS, as they foster new multi-stakeholder and interdisciplinary collaborations.

Where can I find the EELISA Communities?

Through the EELISA Digital Campus, you can access more than 60 Communities, each offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact. The Community Section serves as a central hub for building the EELISA ecosystem, providing a dynamic space to explore missions, filter by topic or Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), discover activities, and get involved.

If you are already part of an EELISA Community, the platform allows you to promote your mission and effectively communicate, coordinate, and share educational, research, and societal activities.

Access the EELISA Digital Campus today to connect with communities, discover initiatives, and take part in shaping sustainable solutions.
