Data Science for Smart & Sustainable Industries
Data sciences are becoming a corner stone of industry business models and operations. However, the fast evolutions of methods as well as the increasing quantities of data that being produced raises urgent skills needs within companies.
The workshop aims to identify the skills needed to address data science issues within industries and more specifically on the three following areas :
– manufacturing and supply chain
– energy transition & Smart Grid
– IA & Robotics
The workshop is based on roundtables between academics and practitioners that will share their experiences to define learning outcomes and innovative pedagogies that can lead to new EELISA courses.
This activity is part of the EELISA Disciplinary Broadening Workshops, a series of workshops which aim to engage players from research, education, industry & society as a means of pursuing a disciplinary broadening while accomplishing the overall EELISA vision.
