The EELISA Roundtable on Challenges and Opportunities for Minority Researchers brings together representatives from academia and external stakeholders to discuss these challenges and identify solutions that foster more inclusive and equitable research environments.
Over the course of thematic discussions, participants will explore issues related to access to research careers, career development and progression, recognition, and institutional support. The roundtable aims to promote dialogue, share good practices, and develop recommendations that help create a more diverse, inclusive, and supportive research ecosystem for minority researchers.
