Gender Equality & Diversity
EELISA is fully committed to setting new standards for inclusivity and making gender equity and diversity in the fields of engineering and science one of its fundamental pillars. By integrating these values into every aspect of our academic and professional spheres, EELISA aims to build a diverse and supportive community where all members can achieve their full potential.
Such commitment is also reflected in the EELISA Statement on Gender Equality signed by the Rectors, Presidents and Directors of all EELISA institutions.

Acting On
The EELISA Gender and Diversity Workgroup focuses on producing tangible and measurable outcomes related to gender, diversity, and inclusiveness. By conducting in-depth analyses and sharing best practices, their collective efforts lead to the development of EELISA policies, the organization of special activities and programs, among other initiatives.
