These are a few of the questions that can be answered in this online course prepared by PSL, and open to all. Within this framework, participants will be able to focus on gender balance, social diversity and incussion in science. It serves as an awareness tool for diverse audiences and can be used both in groups or individually.
The course highlights the historical exclusion of women from STEM fields and emphasizes the importance of diversity in improving the quality of scientific work. It addresses various obstacles women face, such as discrimination and imposter syndrome, and provides insights into understanding gender biases in scientific careers through figures, concepts, real-life examples, and policy implementation ideas.
