Bottom-up and collaborative processes are essential in the construction of EELISA, and “EELISA Speak-out” is a good example.
The main goal of this consultation is to bring students’ perspectives, ideas, and questions to the upcoming EELISA Governing Board meeting that will take place in Pisa on the 21st – 22nd of April, 2022. It also aims to be an exercise of transparency and openness, as well as to foster new communication channels between different EELISA actors.
The consultation is linked to four key topics that will be discussed by the Board members and that will define the strategy of the alliance for the next years: how to boost the international experience and mobility within the alliance, foster a more diverse, equal and inclusive university ecosystem, strengthen the connection between the university and society and the definition of the profile of the future European engineer,
All the input gathered will be translated into a visual presentation that will be shared by EELISA students’ representatives with the Board during the first day of their meeting.

Collaborative design of the EELISA Speak-out campaign.
“EELISA Speak-out” has been designed by the EELISA communication office along with a group of students from UPM, FAU and the EELISA Student Council.
In these on-site and online working sessions, and after an introduction to the context and goals of the consultation, students used interactive tools to gather keywords and concepts, then brainstormed and prototype messages, visuals, and claims.
