Application requirements
– Complete the application form
– Submit an abstract max. 350 words
– Create a poster on an A1 format –
– Template can be found HERE. Please use the “Read me first” file as guide to navegate the dropbox.
– Recording of a video up to 3 minutes long- This video will be presented during the poster session. Uploading details to be defined.
Please clarify before sending your application with your local EELISA Office whether they can support your participation. The PhD Symposium will welcome up to 15 PhD students form each EELISA partner.
Selection Process
Following the submission of abstracts, the participation of the applicants will be decided by their respective institutions, based on criteria that will be defined by each institution.
