Ready for another chance to put your ideas into motion? With the 7th EELISA Joint Call you can apply for a budget to develop joint inter-institutional activities within the framework of EELISA Communities.
With an increased budget of €200,000, your envisioned hackathon, lecture series, contest and event could be funded with up to €12,000, while focusing on the implementation of challenge-based learning and transformative and innovative methods to solve complex societal problems.
The 7th EELISA Joint Call
This edition of the Joint Call will focus on two main topics, with a strong encouragement for proposals that design cooperation formats which are sustainable over time and capable of attracting third-party funding in the long term.
– Topic 1 will encourage educational activities that support the research and innovation dimensions of EELISA, continuing the focus of the 6th EELISA Joint Call.
– Topic 2 aims to boost student-led training, community building and campus engagement, originating as well from student-led communities. F Proposals under this topic should empower students fromb Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD level to take ownership of project design, implementation, and dissemination.
Proposals will be evaluated based on impact, learning innovation, and feasibility. Applications exceeding the funding cap or lacking clear evaluation criteria will not be considered.

Elegible activities may not start before 1 June 2026, and should be implemented before 31 May 2027

Please design your proposal using the application template and send it in Word format to communities@eelisa.eu by 15 March 2026 23:59 CET.
To facilitate partner matching, EELISA has set up a Call for Interest Form where members may post short, high-level ideas and identify potential partners prior to submitting a proposal. This tool is optional and intended solely to support networking; it is not part of the evaluation process.
