Our alliance is a diverse, multicultural and innovative European University with the goal of transforming higher education into the seed for a more equitable, green and sustainable future. But who are the people behind the institutions that are cultivating these seeds of transformation?
Through a collection of 30 vivid posters showcasing portraits of students, staff, and faculty from all EELISA institutions accompanied by their quotes, “EELISA: My European University” exhibition gives a spotlight to the individuals that collaborate on a day-to-day basis to turn EELISA into a vibrant reality while making a positive impact in the world.
Starting today, 10th of November, this visual campaign, initially launched at ENPC and PSL during last year’s EELISA Days, will be on display on every EELISA campus, marking the celebration of Elisa Leonida Zamfirescu’s birthday (Romania, 1887 – 1973). She was one of the first female engineers in Europe and serves as the inspiration behind the name and core values of our Alliance.
We invite you to join us in honoring her legacy as you explore the digital version of our portrait series. Uncover the names, faces, and experiences within, each making a significant contribution to the transformative impact of EELISA, and beyond.
