Once again, for the fifth consecutive year, November will be a vibrant month of activities and gatherings for EELISA. The anniversary of the birth of the scientist who inspired the Alliance’s name, Elisa Leonida Zamfirescu, together with the celebration of World Science Day for Peace and Development on 10 November, will set the stage for celebrating the EELISA community, its mission, and its spirit.
From innovative courses and workshops exploring topics such as the circular economy and digital philology to social activities like the EELISA Quiz, where students put their knowledge of EELISA and European Universities to the test while having fun and winning prizes!
During EELISA Days, hundreds of students will also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the EELISA spirit, and dive into it through flagship events such as the 2nd EELISA Student-led Bootcamp (9–10 November), the 2nd EELISA PhD Symposium (3–4 November), and the 4th EELISA Mobility Fair (4 November).
EELISA Days will also provide the setting for the second EELISA Grand Meeting of 2026, bringing together all EELISA governance bodies, representatives from partner institutions, and working teams from across the Alliance to reflect on progress and discuss the next steps in shaping its future.
This is a time to enjoy, learn, and celebrate, but above all, to bring EELISA to every campus and school across the Alliance. This is essential to strengthening our community and sharing its vision with the world.
Explore the wide range of online, on-site, and hybrid activities and make this November a month of endless possibilities with EELISA!
